Payment and Cancellation Policy:

All payments must be received no later than May 15, 2026.

All cancellations confirmed before or on May 15, 2026, a refund, less a $25 processing fee, will be issued. For cancellations after

May 15, 2026, a 50% refund will be issued. Any cancellations that are not confirmed two weeks prior to the state of camp will not receive a refund. If camps are cancelled for any reason by the Museum, a full refund will be issued.

Code of Conduct:

Campers are expected to: respect and follow the instructions of all staff and volunteers; and to avoid profanity, pranks, slurs, and practical jokes. River Discovery Center does not tolerate violent, destructive, or abusive behavior or language directed at instructors or fellow campers.

I hereby release and discharge the River Discovery Center, its agents and employees from any and all liability arising from or related to any loss, injury, or damage that be sustained by our child while participating in the River Discovery Center Summer Camp. I acknowledge that I am responsible, in full, for any damages caused by my child while they are at Summer Camp. I acknowledge that anyone listed on this form may pick up my child, unless otherwise notified. I have gone over the Code of Conduct with my child, and I understand that if these expectations are not met, my child may be asked to leave Summer Camp. I agree to provide my child’s lunch, two snacks and water daily.

Drop off for camps are at the garage door to the right of the main museum entrance next to large roll up door. Students must be brought all the way in by an adult and signed in and out each day.
