Important Information:

  • You will submit a completed “Evaluation and Exit Form” to River Discovery Center officials by September 30, 2026.

  • You must have a current business license with the City of Paducah.

  • The River Discovery Center is not responsible for damaged or stolen products.

  • Vendor is responsible for collecting funds from customers.

  • Vendor is responsible for remitting and reporting sales tax to appropriate authorities.

  • The Dragon Boat Races will begin at 9:00 AM, August 29, 2026. Vendors are required to participate throughout the event, ending approximately at 2:00 PM. Please be set up no later than 8:00 AM. Set up will be allowed on Friday, August 28 after 4:00 PM if prior arrangement made with the RDC.

Contract

By signing this agreement, you accept the responsibility to hold the River Heritage Museum, Inc., dba River Discovery Center, harmless from and against any liability, loss, costs, expenses, or damages howsoever caused by reason of any injury (whether to body, property, or personal or business character or reputation) sustained by any person or entity or to property by reason of any act, neglect, default, or omission by you, by the entity which you represent, if any, or by any of your agents, employees, or other representatives, and you shall pay all sums to be paid or discharged in case of an action or any such damages and agree to provide a Certificate of Insurance if available. Food trucks will need to coordinate with festival staff on location.
