How to Register (Please Read)
Registration for each camp requires two steps.

Register & Pay
Click the “Register Here” button for the camp you want. This is how you officially reserve your child’s spot and submit payment.

Complete the Information Form
After registering, you must also complete the Camp Information Form. This form provides us with important details about your child and is required to complete registration.
Both steps are required. A child is not fully registered until payment is submitted and the information form is filled out and submitted.

Here are a few quick answers to common questions to help you plan for camp. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please reach out. We’re happy to help.
Is lunch or snack provided?
No. Campers should bring a lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle each day.
Do campers need to attend the entire camp?
Yes. Full attendance is strongly encouraged so each child can fully participate and get the most out of the experience.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Checks may be dropped off at River Discovery Center or mailed to:
117 South Water Street, Paducah, KY 42001.
Can my children attend the same camp?
Children may attend the same camp as long as they fall within the listed grade range. We do not make exceptions to grade requirements to ensure all campers have an enjoyable and age-appropriate experience.
Do RDC members receive a discount?
Yes. RDC members receive a discount on summer camp registration. Please call Lindsay at 270-575-9958 to receive a discount code.
When is the last day to register?
Registrations are accepted until two weeks prior to the scheduled camp start date or until the camp is sold out. Once a camp is full, a waitlist will begin.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations before May 15 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations after May 15 will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date are non-refundable.
What if the camp I want is sold out?
You may add your child to the waitlist by emailing lramsey@riverdiscoverycenter.org. If a spot becomes available, families will be notified in the order they are added to the waitlist.
